What this website collects

Almost nothing. No cookies, no trackers, and no analytics at this stage. If you email us, we keep your message and address for one purpose: replying to you.

The service

When a business uses our WhatsApp assistant, we process its customers' conversations on behalf of that business — to answer questions and manage bookings, nothing more. We don't sell data to anyone, and we don't use it for anything beyond running the service. Identifying details — such as names and phone numbers — are minimized before any AI processing.

Retention and your rights

We keep data only as long as needed to run the service. You can ask to access or delete your data at any time — write to us at basel@mujawib.net and we'll respond.

Updates

This policy will be expanded as the service grows, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Any material change will be published on this page.
